Home Office Wellness

With the workplace at large shifting towards a remote working environment, many people are now being asked to perform work duties from personal home offices. With minimal resources and supports available, workers are having to deal with the aches and pains of not having ergonomically correct office setups.

 

Our Home Office Wellness Consultation sessions are individualized coaching sessions designed to provide recommendations for ergonomic setups, environmental modifications and exercise programs that addresses proper body mechanics, energy conservation and more.

Objectives

 

  • A 45 minute video consultation to coach employee on proper home office setup with the resources available to them.
  • A structured, individualized treatment/exercise plan to address worker's individual needs, thereby improving treatment outcomes (i.e. exercises and stretches that promote good upper and lower back health).
  • Provide tools for the prevention and early intervention for common musculoskeletal illnesses and injuries.

This service is appropriate for organizations looking to develop a safe and holistic “Home Office Wellness” program for their employees working from home.

 

Workers – All Ages – Work from Home Setting

 

This service is appropriate for any worker who works in a home setting and has questions regarding the setup of their home office. As well, this service is appropriate for individuals exhibiting early signs of a musculoskeletal disorder (i.e aches, pains, and stiffness) who would benefit from strategies to prevent further injury from occurring.
