Risk of violence or harassment in the workplace is not sector or client specific; it can occur in many different forms and in various situations. Training will provide workers and employers with the skills required to manage potential workplace violence and harassment situations safely. This training is applicable to all sectors and designed for all employees or workplaces.

 

This course will explore the impact of workplace violence and harassment on workers, employers and society, as well as the top risk factors. Upon completion of this program, participants will understand how to recognize, assess and control situations that may lead to workplace violence or harassment.
