Bill Payments During Postal Strike

Canada Post workers are currently on rotating strikes in a number of locations across the country. During this time, your invoice may not be delivered by Canada Post before your account is due for payment. During the strike, invoices and associated documentation will be emailed to the same email address to which this notice has been delivered and you will be responsible for ensuring payment is received at our office on or before the due date on your invoice.

 

How to ensure your payment reaches us during the Postal Strike:

 

There are several convenient methods to make your account payment with us.

 

1. By credit card

 

a. Please complete the attached form and fax it to our secure fax at 416-250-9190 or scan and email it to payments@pshsa.ca.

 

OR

b. Call Siva at 416-250-2106 or 1-877-250-7444 ext 106 to provide your card number and billing information over the phone.

 

OR

2. By wire transfer

 

Please send an email to payments@pshsa.ca or call Siva at 416-250-2106 or 1-877-250-7444, ext 106 and you will be provided with the appropriate banking information.

 

OR

3. Arrange for a payment pick up or drop off

 

a. Contact your consultant to arrange a payment pick up or drop off (dependent on location) – You may be contacted by us about the possibility of picking up a cheque at your location.
