Supervisor & Worker Mandatory Training

Supervisor Awareness eLearning will enhance general awareness of legislated health and safety responsibilities, including the Internal Responsibility System, worker rights as well as the supervisor’s role in workplace management. The intent is to assist Ontario workplaces with compliance to Regulation 297/13 Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Training. Upon completion of the eLearning, participants will understand the requirements of Regulation 297/13 and will be informed on how to recognize, assess and control workplace hazards and how to evaluate such controls.

Worker Health & Safety Awareness eLearning will inform workers of their legislated health and safety rights, roles and responsibilities in relation to workplace safety. The intent is to assist Ontario workplaces with compliance to Regulation 297/13 Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Training. Participants will also learn about the Internal Responsibility System, supervisor duties and common workplace hazards, including Regulation 860 (WHMIS). This comprehensive, self-paced program is applicable for all sectors. Successful completion of this interactive and user-friendly training will ensure you are compliant with the Ministry of Labour’s newest regulation.
