New Community Care Web Tutorials Available Now!

July 8, 2013 – The revamped Community Care web tutorials have just been launched!  These online tutorials outline the various hazards faced by community care/home care workers, including:

 

  • Chemicals
  • Driving
  • Infectious Diseases
  • Kitchen Hazards
  • Fire and Emergencies
  • Musculoskeletal Disorders
  • Slips, Trips and Falls
  • Workplace Violence

 

The tutorials provide suggested controls at the worker, service provider and CCAC level.  The 8 modules have been redesigned to comply with accessibility standards and will be available in both English and French for free right here on our website.
