Targeted Inspections for Ontario Temp Agencies

The Ontario Ministry of Labour (MOL) has announced a three-month inspection blitz over the summer targeting temp agencies. The move is aimed at ensuring temporary workers’ rights and protecting employment standards.

 

Beginning in June, the targeted inspections will be checking for compliance with the Employment Standards Act.
