twr reflect3

There has been good that has come out of COVID-19, including opportunities, insights, innovations and partnerships that have literally sprung to life due to the pandemic. Topics in the Reflection stream will acknowledge how the pandemic has changed the workplace, explore lessons learned and success stories, and feature the various regional experiences and perspectives from across Canada.

twr response

The Response stream will explore current and practical strategies, measures and best practices that have enabled businesses and employees to work effectively throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

twr resilience2

Resilience is considered critical for recovery from mental health-related issues and injuries. The pandemic has been a stressful and uncertain situation for everyone, and some may find it especially difficult to cope. Workplaces need to be prepared to support their staff psychologically as well as physically. The Resilience stream will feature presentations focused on workplace mental health topics.

twr recovery3

The Recovery stream will highlight expert guidance and solutions to support organizations as they return to the workplace. This may include guidance around occupational health and safety, workplace risk assessment, human resources, employee engagement and corporate culture, internal and external communications, and various other functional areas.

twr research2

Knowledge is expanding around COVID-19, occupational health and safety and the new workplace. Topics in the Research stream will feature the latest research and evidence from recent studies.

twr redefine2

This is an unprecedented time, and it will take remarkable leadership for us to emerge stronger. Sessions in the Redefine stream will centre around leadership, innovation and leading practices in a crisis and beyond.
