This resource list was created by Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA) to support clients as they work through the Ministry of Labour’s Healthcare Sector Plan as well as the various initiatives scheduled.
The resource list contains a selection of useful materials to assist organizations with awareness and compliance regarding all of the major hazards and key health and safety priorities listed in the Healthcare Sector Plan.

Inspections will focus on a workplace’s compliance with the OHSA and its regulations, including, but not limited to the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Regulation (Reg. 860), X-Ray Safety Regulation (Reg. 861) Designated Substances Regulation (O. Reg. 490/09), Control of Exposure to Biological or Chemical Agents Regulation (Reg. 833), and O.
