This is a two-day mental health training program customized for health care workers. Led by peer educators, this course is designed to help promote early intervention and support for psychological health and safety in the workplace. The program combines information sharing and skill development with strategies for stigma reduction.
It is an evidence-based program supported by a clinical trial conducted with health care workers. PSHSA will be gathering input from participants as part of ongoing research.

All participants who complete the program will be eligible to take part in an online community of practice and monthly WebEx sessions to support ongoing learning and implementation.
This course is tailored to workers in health care organizations, including long-term care or group homes, family health teams, paramedics, rural or remote hospitals, and community-based services.
